Yin Yoga
Reach a state of total relaxation in our candlelit sanctuary. Our Yin Yoga class is limited to just 6 people, ensuring a deeply personal and tranquil experience.
Join Lydia for a calm, restorative evening at ZENESS. Designed to send you into a blissful rest, this session uses bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows to fully support the body. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes, allowing you to focus on stillness, flexibility and deep relaxation.
To enhance your experience, optional hands-on massage is offered to help you sink deeper into your practice.
