What is small group PT?
Our small group personal training sessions combines the structure and guidance of one-to-one coaching with the energy of training along side others. Classes are limited to just 4 people in our private home gym.
You’ll be guided through structured workouts, with an experienced coach focusing on strength, movement and fitness tailoring exercises to levels, goals and abilities.
With consistent training and the right support you’ll improve your health, feel stronger, fitter and have a greater sense of wellbeing in day to day life.
