About Us

We’re Lydia and Iwan, owners of Zeness, partners in life and parents to our beautiful daughter. We created this space to be everything we felt was missing from traditional gyms.

Our private home and yoga studio is designed to be calm, welcoming and completely personal. No crowds, no pressure - just a supportive environment where you can move, breathe and focus on yourself.

Between us we have over 30 years professional training and coaching experience. We have a shared passion for health, movement and wellbeing. Whether you are here to build strength, improve flexibility or simply reset after a long week we are here to support you every step of the way.

More about Lydia…

I grew up with a love for gymnastics and cheerleading, competing and performing nationally. I studied dance and began teaching kids and adults Gymnastics.

I wanted to learn more about helping others not only in Gymnastics but through Strength and Fitness. I fell in love with coaching and did my Personal Training Lvl 3 and Sports Massage Therapy lvl 4. Working in a number of Gyms over 12 years I’ve helped dozens of clients improve their confidence, strength and lifestyle; many still with me today.

I’ve always had a love for Yoga. The movement, bodyweight and mindfulness of the practice always helped with my strength training and busy lifestyle. I went on to study 300h Hatha Yoga, 100h Yin Yoga, 50h Yoga Nidra & 100h Pre and Post Natal Yoga. I love helping people find the balance they need.

After having my first child I also coach women during before and after their pregnancies with the practices they may need on their journey.

Being able to teach from my own space has been a dream; I’m excited to create a feel good, professional atmosphere helping others feel their best!

I’ve spent the last 13 years immersed in professional sport and coaching, representing Bristol Rugby, Ulster Rugby, and Ireland 7s. Having spent over a decade in some of the world’s leading high-performance centres, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to train, recover, and perform at the highest level.

​All this experience has driven me to fine-tune my knowledge to coach and help others. My goal is to show you that moving perfectly isn't just for elite athletes. I’m here to teach you how to build a solid foundation, gain the right knowledge and make sustainable changes to your training that actually last.

Whether we're fixing a movement, building strength, gaining muscle, or simply training for a better lifestyle, we’re going to do it with precision - but in a way that’s relaxed, relatable and fits your life.

Since becoming a Dad, I’ve realised more than ever the importance of longevity. Training is about being capable and resilient for whatever life throws at you. I’m excited to help you build that same durability so you can feel your best for years to come!
