Winter is a time when organic processes slow down and stores are laid-up for the busy time of growth ahead. Our fast-paced world doesn’t always give us the opportunity to follow these natural cycles, so this workshop offers you the space to pause, feel the release of tension, find balance and feel rejuvenated!
Two hour workshop includes:
A restorative yoga class suitable for beginners
Breathing practices to help you regulate your nervous system
Guided relaxation, massage and meditation
Hot drink and snacks upon arrival
Our movement practice in this workshop will combine a slow, embodied flow sequence, followed by restorative postures. In restorative yoga, we use our connection to the ground, along with the help of props, to find deep muscular release. At the end of the practice, you will feel more grounded, calmer and able to move with lightness and ease.

Strength Workshops @Wildbox Bristol
The workshops will begin with a strong Yoga flow, moving into strengthening and balance drills to help build your skill. Questions are welcome throughout the workshop before we finish with some relaxation…
I have been teaching for over ten years with a background of Gymnastics, Yoga and Strength Coaching
New too Yoga or Inversions? I will be teaching different progressions through the workshop so all levels are welcome and encouraged
You will also receive a 4 week home program with everything we have covered in the workshop!

1:1 Yoga
Develop your Yoga practice with 1:1 Yoga with me. We will work through a hour of Yoga together customised to you. Available in person or online. Areas include, Hatha, Yin & Yang, Meditation and Yoga Nidra or more specific goals such as hand balances. Optional finish to sessions with deep relaxation, stretches and massage. Monday 7pm Online Yoga Class
Join me in the comfort of your own home. This class will bring a variation of movement patterns and stretches that change week on week helping improve your flexibility and posture. I will take you through a slow flow suitable for all Yoga levels. This Yoga class begins with a little meditation, soft movement and playful balances finishing with stillness and relaxation.
